General Policy

Due to the nature of ingestible products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Return Eligibility

• We only accept returns of unopened, unused items that arrived damaged or defective.
• Opened, used or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund for health and safety reasons.

How to Report a Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bioenergeticalife.com and provide:

• Clear photo or video evidence of the damage
• Photos of the packaging
• Photo of the shipping label

Insufficient documentation within this period may result in claim denial.

Important Conditions

• No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from our team.
• We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet these conditions.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
