This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made through Bioenergetica Life. By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and our Terms and Conditions. Due to the nature of ingestible products, all sales are final except as expressly stated below.

Due to the nature of ingestible products, we only accept returns for unopened items or products that arrive damaged or defective. Opened or used supplements cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unopened and unused

• The item must be in its original packaging

• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Proof of purchase is required

• Photo or video proof is required for damaged or defective items

• The product must not be expired

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Opened or used supplements

• Products past expiration date

• Items damaged after delivery

• Personalized/custom goods

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
