Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of ingestible products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. We only accept returns for unopened and unused items that arrive damaged or defective. Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund for health and safety reasons.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@fuentelife.com and provide clear photo or video proof of the damage, including the packaging and shipping label. Failure to provide sufficient documentation within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization from our team. We reserve the right to deny any return request that does not meet these conditions. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All sales are final and non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Subscription Terms

If Bioenergetica Life offers subscription-based products in the future, by enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the frequency disclosed at the time of purchase.
